Inventory Audit Specialist Job Description Quantum Services is a nationwide inventory service that specializes in quality physical audits in the convenience store industry. We are currently searching for talented individuals to join our team in your local areas. Experience in taking physical inventory, customer service, and retail is preferred, but if you are self-directed and looking for a new opportunity to develop new skills - We want to speak with you! A valid drivers license and a personal vehicle are a must for driving to our client's locations with in a 75 mile radius of Starkville. We offer the following benefits: $ 10 - 15 hr FT, M-F day hours Insurance & 401K Plan Drug Free Workplace Paid Vacation & Holiday Pay Tuition Reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement Opportunity for Advancement JOB ELEMENT EXPECTATIONS (Standard of Performance) Master the Counting Process Follow the Audit Process at each Audit Master QIC and upload functions Learn best practices for accuracy and productivity Count All Areas of the Store Develop mastery of each store section Be an Effective Team Player Work effectively with crew members to meet client store requirements Be proactive in supporting crew members Communicate all concerns (both Quantum and client) to Audit Supervisor or Division Manager Interact with Store Personnel Be friendly and professional with store personnel Demonstrate Quantum Services Values Learn and understand each SCRIPT value Model the values at each audit Continually Build Skills Identify skill building targets each week and complete them Build upon prior achievement (for example, counting level) to achieve more
